I have used PODS multiple times with a wonderful experience each time until now. The Nashua office has proven to be unprofessional and completely and utterly unreliable. No show, no call and impossible to reach. Costing us more time and money. Unfortunately the national customer service folks although very kind have not been able to help much, explaining it needs to be fixed through Nashua. If you need to go through the Nashua office at all, I would highly recommend against PODS.

Their system had an issue and they didnt deliver the pod. When i called to try to work something else they told me to bad i had to wait a week before they were willing to re-deliver.
This company is GREAT!!!! I cannot say enough good things about them! Service was perfect right on time, timing perfect, was treated with kindness and respect. The pods had lots of room and lots of time to fill. Everything this company says they do! Please do not think twice about using them. Oh yea, nothing was broke or damaged, thank-you PODS!
