Sales associate Eric was fantastic! He really knows his furniture and his mattresses. He was excellent in giving us enough space to shop around but also not too much where he was able to answer any questions we may have had. Great deal and great service!
I can't say enough horrible things about this store (from their unprofessional delivery department to the lack of follow up from store management and their customer service department). Whatever you do, don't waste your money on the extended coverage plan through Montage. They will find any reason not to pay a claim. I have never done business with a store that has such blatant disregard for their customers. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The furniture quality is good, but the place doesn't seem very organized to me. Additionally the salespeople follow you around like hawks, which is pretty annoying.
Staff seemed knowledgeable, and very helpful in figuring out my sectional configuration.
