The doctor who saw me (Dr. Wingate) did an extremely poor job. (1) he was very rushed, (2) was rude in manner of communication, also didn't ask me questions (3) FAILED to diagnose the full extent of my vision problems, and (4) when I mentioned that I have had status migraines and chronic headaches, he claimed there was zero relation to vision, that all migraines are vascular end of story (which I know is not true!!!). He did not recommend full time wear.
Doctor Patel is the worst experience I have ever had in my life for an eye exam. The absolute worst. This woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I still received a bill after I refused her services. I wish I could give negative stars for how bad she is...
We needed an emergency contact lens while we were on vacation. We waited over 2 hours for them to attempt to handle the situation. They were concerned that we had a balance owed on our account which was not the case at all. They then wanted to know why my husband was 2 months late for his follow-up appointment. I explained that they sold us 6 months worth of contact lenses and they usually change them (and they have been wrong the last 3 times). They were insensitive all about the almighty dollar. I would never recommend Nashua Eye to anyone. I have had billing (overcharges) issues that took a while for them to resolve. This was the last straw. I also don't find their office in Nashua very clean.
Dr. Riddle seemed to actually care the first time I went to Nashua Eye Associates but Dr Wingate was absolutely terrible. Maybe it's his personality but as others have mentioned he is rude in the way he talks and just not pleasant at all. In the future if I can't get Dr. Riddle I will go elsewhere. Staff is great, optical section also very helpful. Wait times here can be kind of long, been four times (2 eye tests and 2 glasses pick up) every time its been busy. Parking is below avereage for the area.
The staff at Nashua Eye Associates are great! I’ve had a bad experience in the past at a different eye care office and have recently switched to Nashua Eye. Dr. Blake is fantastic! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. He answers every question I have and in terms that make sense to me. It is obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does for a living. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new eye doctor! Thanks for everything Dr. Blake!!
When I realized that reading was painful and my night vision was worsening, I went here for my first ever eye exam. However it was not a complete exam!!
Don't go to this place! They will probably miss something important.
When I was still in pain while wearing glasses several months later, I knew something was wrong. I went to Visionworks and had another exam, and the doctor gave a MUCH more thorough exam, asked me relevant questions, gave me a proper prescription, recommended the type of frame and full time wear. I have both astigmatism and myopia, which Dr. Wingate failed to notice.
