Although I love Dr. Deifick and my experience with my last pregnancy was amazing (enough for me to call them before even thinking about going to another provider for care this time around was not so great. Not only had I been calling for weeks but I had never had my phone call answered one time. NOT ONE TIME. Nor was my phone call returned more than one time. I am now 12 weeks along and have yet to see a doctor. I finally gave up and any else where. I had finally felt unimportant enough to go else where.
If my NP was not there I would have gone somewhere else a long time ago...
If i could give this place NO stars I would. I wish I lived closer to the newmarket office! All I want to know is why is it the receptionist business why I want to see my doctor....other than to restart some meds I was on. After 50 ??? About what meds and telling me that my doctor couldn't do those for me and asking where the last place I got them from was (UM MY DOCTOR!!!!) I hung up..... This place sucks donkey nuts and I wont be returning....... Oh and a year ago I needed something done with my wrist for carpol tunnel and was told there was nothing anyone could do....i left and found my own surgen....A huge shout out to DR Strapko for the awsome job he did for all 3 of my surgerys.
Doctors are amazing, But no one answers the phone ever! They are all to busy gossiping, they need new secretarys, and the attitude they give in the window! I just cant! As much as I love my kids doctor and my own, we are moving to a different place with better customer service. No one ever seems to know the answer to any question I have. If you have a referral to go somewhere else, they will take months to book your appointment. They use to be amazing 10 years ago at the old building.
Good doctors and nurses, third-world phone service. There's no way this clinic can reliably attract new clients without completely rebuilding its communication networks from scratch. You'll get more reliable phone service from Comcast.
A change in the way that office is ran is much needed. Specially to have someone PICKING UP THE PHONES!
Lets begin by the teen clinic which is pretty awesome. Everyone there is really helpful and they try to go quick so patients do not need to sit there and wait forever to be seen. However, once I started going downstairs, to the regular clinic everything went crazy. It takes a million calls and voice mails to finally get a call back, as no one EVER answers the phone there. I have given up calling, I just show up and get whatever I need. The nursing staff and my provider are amazing, hence why I keep up with the poor customer service and almost careless secretary personnel.
