I'm so thankful we switched to this pediatric dentist office! Everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist and orthodontist have been very sensitive to my children's needs. I have really appreciated them letting me go in the room with my kids, if they are anxious.
Literally the most kind, gentle, understanding dentist and hygienist I've ever been too. I never want my children to go anywhere else. I am so impressed with what they did for my daughter and how great they were with her. If I could post the video I would. It's amazing!!
My daughter showed up to the office today in tears anxious to have her loose tooth extracted. Dr. Joe and Ida were patient, flexible, and supportive. They kept talking to her and when they actually pulled the tooth she had no idea it was already out! On our ride home she said to me " They were awesome! ." No mother likes to see their child scared. Thank you from the both of us !
Kind, caring, gentle and patient. This office makes you feel like a valued client / patient and not just a number. No pressure and offers good advice for little ones that aren't so cooperative. :)
