Scheduled my son's appointment 6 months in advance, took time off and coordinated schedules in order to get him in, and they call at the last minute to tell me that they've changed their office hours and can't see him. Come to find out they changed their office hours two weeks ago.
I just recently had the worst experience at a visit for my 7 year old. The doctor was very rude and actually made me feel like the worst mother because my daughter had a cavity. When you go to the dentist, you want to feel comfortable being there and not made to feel guilty because there might be something wrong. I have since changed my kids to a different dentist and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
It didn't help that they sent 4 electronic confirmations (text and email). Brianna (receptionist?) was also very unprofessional, not helpful, and not at all apologetic about the situation. We will be finding a new Dentist.
Recommended by their pedi, I brought my 8 and 3 yo yesterday and was pleased with both hygienist friendliness and approach to each of my girls. They were informative and encouraging. The Dentist came out and shook my hand, I was complimented on their behavior and oral health. I was over-all happy with the visit, however there was a younger girl behind the desk whose attitude I could have done with out, but the main receptionist was kind and down to earth. It was their first visit, they were excited to go back, and felt proud of their experiences (they were NOT gassed lol)! The practice also verbally confirmed and sent text reminders.
This was our second visit. Not going to lie, after seeing the other reviews I was a bit wary of going here. But, we had two great visits. My son did his first real cleaning and the hygienist was amazing. She took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen and even let him touch the tools so he could feel what it would feel like in his mouth. The dentist was great too. The only thing I can "complain" about would be to make the waiting room more cheerful like the actual exam rooms.
Worst experience ever! Waited over 20 minutes past our appointment time. No apologies or explanation. The dentist Hannah is rude and degrading. She was shaming me for my daughter having 2 cavities. I have now waited almost 2 weeks and no one has followed up to schedule the appointment for fillings. I have called every day this week and either no one calls me back or they tell me the person who books the appointment isn't in. They clearly could care less about their patients or their dental health. I can't imagine a business running like this. I am in customer service and this place is a disgrace.
