I've been to the book cellar several times to sell regular books and text books. My regular books aren't always worth much, but they've always offered me more for my textbooks than any website, including book cellar online. They've always been very kind and courteous when I've gone in there and I'll continue to go there first for any books I need.
I have been going to this store for several years now. I just wish I had more free time and money to shop there more often.
People/businesses make mistakes and I accept that. The important thing is how it's handled after the fact, and The Book Cellar handled it perfectly. Quality customer service. Would shop here again.
The best selection, the most reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. I love this place!
Almost had an unfortunate experience, but the staff quickly transformed it into a positive one. Details aside, I experienced a repeated difficulty whilst conducting business here. It was a human error that could have happened anywhere, but even so, I was quickly offered generous compensation for it.
