I am not a shopper and do not really enjoy the bustle/hassles that can consume my Christmas spirit, BUT *everytime* I shop at Morning Star the peace I find there is so welcomed.
I actually enjoy shopping there...and that is amazing for this nonshopper.
I'm generally glad to pay a little bit more to support local businesses rather than sending my money to some online retailer, but at Morning Star, the prices are always quite competitive. And I just love being able to flip through a real book in the store - there's just no digital comparison. The staff at Morning Star are wonderful, as well!

Great bookstore and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have ordered books for my Son when one of the series he loves wasn't in stock. Yes, Amazon may have been convenient, but we love to support local resources when they provide such value as Morning Star.
