So far so good. I haven't moved my stuff in yet but I went in and saw the unit. Demi was nice and helpful. Wish I had known that you don't have to purchase their lock. I had one at home I could have used. But otherwise its cheaper than anywhere else I've looked and the building seems clean.

Other things.

Also they lied about being g prorated. They said that if we checked out of storage earlier than rent being due. They give you a prorated cash amount. They manager was nice explaining it saying that's not true but that doesn't save me money or let me eat for the week.

I recently rented a unit here and was very pleased with my service! Candice and Demetria were very helpful and personable! They were both able to answer any questions that I had about the unit and made my move go much easier with the information that they provided! Thank you so much ladies!

Units were pretty nice. Gates close and open nice and have rubber seals to help prevent some bugs or bedbugs from other units. Hallway doors could be bigger. Silly they are small so a dresser would need to go sideways. I understand doors are needed for fire reasons but they can be bigger. Going to go with someone else next time.

Loved this place. Great customer service. Candice went out of her way for us! Thank you all.

Than a $25 "admin fee" what's an admin fee for? Why not just build that into the price..oh they won't cause $100 sounds a lot more attractive to come in.

Ok for the most part but they lie/mislead to get you in there. And have fees on top of fees on fees. They told us on the phone that the unit was $110. We get there. It's $170/month than they go off to tell us we saved on a "labor day sell" almost 50%. So it's 300 for a 10x15 unit? Lmao BS. No one has a unit for over $200. I get it you need to buy a lock but $20 bucks? I get they wanna make money off a lock but it's a $5 dollar lock at home Depot. Didn't get one because some units have number pad locks.

There is only 3 flatcarts and 7 or 8 times out of 10 they are being used. Why isnt there more? 3 is low. Maybe it helps limit traffic who knows. Not saying there should be 30 of them but at least 5 or 6 should surfice. So make sure you pick a time to go where no one does. Most of the time I went there was people but go earlier and you are ok. Also the bathrooms are ok. It's nice to have them but no paper towels or ha d blower. Also they are Nazi's about trash. They have a giant dumpster that you cannot use for anything or $500 fine. I guess I understand that per se(so people aren't leaving couches and such) but this much you should get some trash deposal for broken cardboard etc at least a smaller one and say if there is anything that does not fit or left outside the dumbster there is a $500 fine.

Candice and her staff were very nice and helpful when I was setting up my unit and the moving out process. The facility was clean and felt that my stuff was safe. I would recommend their facility to anyone.
