The website is deceiving - those houses with the tree lined streets on the home page are not from this park. It is one of the most hideous parks I have seen. Many of the homes are in rough shapes over 30 yrs of age and show their wear and tear. If you are active and like to play tennis don't bother. The tennis courts were never maintained and now management has demolished it for their staging area (sewer is going in). I walked into the clubhouse to use the restroom and there was feces all over the floor. Someone had an accident and no-one bothered to clean it up. I was horrified. The rules are ridiculous-squirrels run rampant - cats are not allowed outside unless you walk them on a leash. If you don't comply you will be forced to give up your animals. This is not a people/animal friendly park.
