Dean has come to my house on a couple of occasions when some plumbing problem exceeded by DIY skills. He's always done a professional job that has impressed me with the quality of the work. For instance, he replaced the cutoff valve on the basement toilet (the lowest pipe in the house) without removing the toilet and still did a lovely soldering job. I don't know how he did it in the cramped space, but that's why he's the pro I call.
