A great urban area with a rural feel. I trained for my first 5k here, and I never got bored.
Nice place for a longer walk. Wish I had my bike or dog with me. I will come here again for a day trip when I don't want to drive up north. No real restrooms on the paths so keep in mind.

Great park just over the NH border. Not too intense for easy strolls very pedestrian. Friendly with plenty of options to park.
Mine Falls is a great spot. Fishing, hiking, biking are great for this spot. They have paved trails and dirt trails and also advanced trails. Cool waterfall too. Is fun to explore the park. You would never know that you are so close to the city. Weekends and holidays can get a little crowded.
This is a great park to visit. The trails are well kept and the park is clean. Maps are found at every entrance, along with dog bags. Parking for us has never been and issue, there are multiple entrances to the park. There are plenty of places to stop for lunch along with picnic tables.
