Best tasting pizza put there for purchase. Price only good when promotion or coupon code available, otherwise bit pricy. Staff are mostly friendly.
I ordered a "pan" spinach alfredo pizza with chicken,tomato, pineapple and mushroom. It wasn't hot like it just came out of the oven, it was still hot but to a point where the kids could eat it right away without getting burned. The crust was thick and flavorful and it was not over or under cooked. It was the best pizza I ever had, there weren't a lot of each topping but to be fair i did order about 4 toppings with extra sauce. It was so delicious and both of my kids loved it too. I also used a 40% off code which was really great. Definitely will be ordering here again.
100% Satisfaction what a Joke!! I love Papa John's pizza and this location is a big exception. You can't even get customer service to call you back. Very skimpy on toppings, arrives almost 2 hours later COLD!! Didn't even order delivery at a busy time of the day. It was 2:30 in the afternoon when I placed my order on there app. I realize this is not Papa John's normal. This store is a joke and recommend you stay far away from it if, unlesd you just want to waste your money. Satisfaction Guaranteed or they will make it right, must not apply to this location.
My husband loves papa johns but we may be moving to a different pizza place because of this.
The pizza is pretty good. But delivery has been pretty bad lately. Twice now they have been late. Half an hour the first time and they gave us a coupon for a free pizza. We ordered again this weekend and they are late once more (30 minutes and no delivery guy in sight).
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service. Tonite i called for over 30 min -and each time -they put me on hold and never picked up. Finally when they did take my order -we showed up to pick i up- they had no record of my order. They could have cared less. It's too bad -we love their pizza but the process to order it is way too painful.
