as far as free public defenders, bernstein was an ok lawyer. however, only fools pay for what is free. go to a real lawyer in massachusetts if you want a good lawyer
while they both now the law, neither one is very good. after i went to a consultation, i decided i wanted someone with more skill so i went massachusetts. since bernstein was a public defender and now does it on his owen, its clear he is not skilled at all. the other guy is a excop.....he knows to bully and arrest not lawyer.
