I had them for the past 3 months try to fix the bumper of my BMW correctly after someone crashed into it. Every time they sent my BMW back to me, they ether scratched the bumper, side of the car, dented the car between the door, over drilled the screws for the bumper, uneven the bumper(one side more pushed in than the other), or even made a big hole where caps belong(missing caps). They kept making mistakes on purpose so they can waste our time. I had to live through so many rental cars and I had to pay for insurance for those cars. They have used all the money the guy who hit my car gave to them to fix the car and they just kept on making mistakes on purpose to waste time and money. Now they are saying they are out of money to fix my car because they kept damaging it.
Every interaction I have had with Greg and his staff has been exceptional. Every business is in business to make money but the motivation behind Greg and his staff is to make sure each customer is taken care of. I never felt like I was just another customer. Greg made me feel like I was his only customer. Most of us don't really know and understand the insurance business. My advise, call Greg and his staff!! They are people you can trust to handle it for you.
Very versed in how insurance works , and don't like to be lied to. Went to the GEICO office owned by Greg Gerard and was surprising pleased at how I was treated. I had my house, car , and umbrella policy moved over to GEICO from State Farm and saved over 1100 dollars . Thought I was on a hidden camera show . How can an insurance company save you THAT much money. You have a customer for life , loved all the agents there making me feel like no matter what my question or problem they will be there for me. Please don't just go off reviews if you're sceptical just come in person.
Best insurance office around plain and simple! Employees are some of the friendliest most professional people I've met in person and on the phone. The whole staff knows what they are doing and are being led by an awesome owner Greg. I highly recommend going to this Gieco office.
I called them to have them send a RMV1 form to the dealer. They said at the dealer never sent it. Dealer said they sent it twice. Its Friday and the RMV closes at 5, so this was a really time sensitive issue. Called again, in a real time pinch, I got Geico to send the dealer the form. The dealer calls back a half hour later, and says that Geico stamped the form for tomorrow, a Saturday, knowing that the RMV is not open on Saturday. I call AGAIN to have them resend the form, extremely time crunched. I was put on hold for 10 minuets. Hung up, called again, got them to send the form, didn't make it in time. Now I have to wait a week to get the car. I need the car to get to work, thanks for ruining my week.
