It's people like Pat that make Planet Fitness Great! He was very polite, took care of the problem right away and let me know it was resolved.
I've been going to PF for over four years now just about every other day. I don't have any complaints except variety of machines could use an update. Employees are always friendly and gym is clean.
Jake was so nice and sweet and he just started but he was still doing his best.
Last week I met Pat the Planet Fitness maintenance man. I happened to mention the bike I had just finished using had very loose handle bars and asked if he could add it to his repair list for his next visit. Pat immediately went over and inspected the bike. He came back and apologized for the handle bars being loose and repaired it before he left the site.
Planet Fitness should be proud to have people like Pat. They are hard to find these days.
10 bucks right? Ok but why does it smell like cheese and butt? That is a huge issue, the second is the patrons not wiping down machines after use, disgusting filthy pigs. I literally have to clean it, use it, and clean it again. I saw a turd on the floor of the ladies room and a racist woman on her phone using words like "sheboon and pavement ape" what the??? The only reason for 3 stars is the front desk people are nice and hot guys work out here. And 10 bucks.
I've been a member for two years now. Great facility, great machines, great clientele and best of all only $10 per month.
Love the staff they always go out of the to say hi or goodmorning. Always quick looking up answers to my questions.
