I have been a customer of Peters Nissan for many years, specifically their Service Department, and have been quite satisfied with the customer service I have received there. My most recent experience, however, has been exemplary. I went in for a routine oil change, and my car had been making a noise that got worse by the day of the oil change. It turned out to be an issue with my transmission, which would have cost me upwards of $2,000 to fix, which I absolutely could not afford, due to financial difficulties. Ryan Reynolds went out of his way to find a more cost-effective solution for me and helped me out tremendously. Throughout the entire experience, Ryan kept in contact with me with updates and checked in with me again after the repair had been completed, to make sure my car was running well. This is not the first time a Service Advisor at Peters has gone above and beyond for me during my years as a customer, and it is because of this kind of stellar customer service that Peters will have my continued business.
On September 7, 2017 I visited the Peter's Nissan Service department to have my 2011 Frontier pick up truck examined for a check engine light issue. The friendly and knowledgeable service advisor Jeff Levesque took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my truck. Jeff later explained what his team found wrong with my truck after they completed a meticulous multi point inspection of my vehicle. Jeff reviewed with me in careful detail what needed to be repaired on my truck. There was absolutely NO hard sell pressure tactics used to get me to have the work done. On the contrary, Jeff was extremely pleasant and professional in his dealing with me. Kudos to Jeff Levesque for executing excellence in customer care. I will not hesitate to continue doing business with Peters Nissan service department.
Peters Autosales is absolutely the best place to buy a car. Ali my sales person is the best salesperson I have ever had the work with buying a car. He is extremely knowledgeable with his vehicles and has has an excellent personality. His manager Ryan who helped seal the car deal was professional and friendly. Ryan helped make the sale so easy. Jeff in finance was also extremely helpful with financing. I give them 100% for trustworthy no games and a wonderful experience. I will truly be a repeat customer. I have had bad experiences st other dealerships. So Peters Nissan of nashua I have rated a 5 star. I love you guys❤️
I have been going to this location since my husband and I moved to Nashua two years ago. Ever since then I have had the PLEASURE of dealing with Tara Campbell. She is extremely responsive and has provided me with the best customer service I have ever received from a car serving center. To top that, we started bringing my husband's car to her (not Nissan) because of how exceptional working with Tara is. Not only that, the service that Nissan provides is top notch. Absolutely recommend Tara to anyone and everyone!
