I was very pleased with the haircut I got here. I honestly didn't know quite what I wanted so I gave a vague description and the stylist did a remarkable job creating something beautiful with little to go on. She checked in with me periodically to make sure I liked it and I definitely did. I also liked that there were back rooms for women who wear head coverings. My sister chose this salon specifically because she wears a hijab and Rashdas gave her the privacy she needed.
Worst service I ever had.. the indian staff are very rude and they are not professionals. Waste of money. While doing service they will eat and they won't even wash their hands.
dont get me wrong they do a good job but EVERY ONE of them is really really rude, they have credit card logos on the door but never accept credit/debit cards. am sorry but no matter how good you do am not coming back to really rude people like them. and the place always smell bad and they chew on food while working on you !!!
We were also supposed to call ahead to make an appointment which we didn't know but they took us in anyway. I'm definitely returning for any further hair cuts.
Verbally violent, reckless service. Steer clear of this place and save your dignity. Foul mouth people work here.
1 star for good artistry, the customer service is absolutely rubbish. The ladies here are good at what they do, but they pressure you into services you don't want or need, they insult you to your face, they don't honor your appointment times - if you schedule an appointment and a friend of theirs walks in, be aware that they'll take their friends before they take you. I have tried to give this salon multiple chances, but they are just downright RUDE. Do yourself a favor and go to art of eyebrows in the mall.
